There will be a SOAR training held

 August 21st and 22nd

in Battle Creek.

The training is $20 per person, and the first two individuals registered from each county in the region will receive a scholarship to attend the training for free.

Attached is the information regarding the training, registration sheet, and MOU (which needs to be returned with the registration sheet).

Also attached is a flyer, explaining what SOAR is. SOAR is a training that focuses on the SSI/SSDI application process and is intended for service providers that provide assistance and services for the homeless populations with disabilities.

If you would like more information and/or would like any of the 3 trainers to come and speak to a particular group or agency, please let them know.
